No Nukes Feature and Fog of War

Just a question to the developers or anyone who knows, more so than a feature request:

Will there be any ability to 'turn off' the ability to build nukes in some games?

Another query is will we be able to turn off fog of war for a game also?

I can see many reasons why some people may prefer to play some games that way. I don't want to get into a pro's and con's debate. I agree there are both... but it's just put forward as a question not even an opinion.

yes this has more or less been adressed in other threads, yes there will be a rather complete "game setup" configurations panel.
