No Delta commander?

Hi all,

I started toying around with the beta game today, but I'm wondering about this.
I'm a $90 backer, and have access to both the Progenitor and the Alpha commander, - but not the Delta?

I have seen videos with people playing with this commander, so it should be playable.
Do anyone here have an logical explanation to this?

The Delta commander is using the Progenitor model at the moment.

It is just the first model that was made. I think on release we will have our proper commanders.

This might be totally wrong.
Perhaps the Delta IS the delta and your getting the names wrong and I am following the same confusion.
In the end, we will have 3 special commanders.

Yeah i had a gut feeling it was something like that, i just wanted to be sure.

The Delta Commander is using the Delta Commander model, but the Progenitor 'portrait'.

You have not seen anyone using the Progenitor Commander, you've seen the Delta.

Everyone has access to all completed Commanders until further notice.
So far that stands at two.
