Soo I'm not even sure if the commander is supposed to be able to shoot and build at the same time but if it is then its not showing the build beam while its attacking and building at the same time.
The commander does build and shoot at the same time but the green beam does not appear when it does shoot, otherwise if the enemy was behind you the green beam would flail away from the building, it would look a bit odd that's all lol.
