new to the game problem help

    i am unable to build metal extractors, but i can build everything else, factory, power!! for some reason metal extractors wont build and yes i have been trying to hover them over the metal extraction points(grey looking scratches) please help me as its so frustrating to be in the game but not be able to play it and well you know you need METAL!!

    Have you tried different metal spots? Some are just broken due to the terrain around them.

    i have now tried in 3 different games 2 being with a friend and he was able to make metal extractors! also 1 game just now where i tried vs an AI and sadly the same turn out where i cant make metal extractors :S
