It's easy to develop a blindness to the notifications that show up at the top of the screen. This helps players keep a better idea of what's going on, and have more info about the notification. The feature still needs some work. In particular, we need multi monitor support, multi-PIP support, and settings/filters for notifications. But this is a fantastic step forward.
You know, you've posted so many threads in the last few days... so many... I've seen your profile pic so many times that my brain flipped it upside down. On the other hand, you're doing a great job, someone has to make these threads anyway. So on topic, It is good to see that they are doing more stuff with PiPs, what is that fourth button to the right of the new notification button you showed? I haven't played in a while... I haven't seen that button yet. One thing for this particular feature would be perhaps also display the notification text in the PiP, so I don't have to look up to the top of the screen and immediately look down to the PiP again to see it.
I'm not completely sure. There wasn't a tooltip explaining what it was. I think it has something to do with orbits and multi-planets or something. When I click on it, the main window changes its view. Couldn't quite figure out what it was supposed to change to. Like I said, I think it has something to do with multi-planet and/or the orbital layer. That's a nifty idea.
The 4th PiP button appears to set PiP to focus on the opposite side of the current planet in the main view. I just wanna know what that AF button is.
Yep, it's called mirror mode in the code Which AF button? Off hand all I can think of is Auto Factory (a mod) and Avatar Factory (a sandbox unit icon)
Ah, thanks. I guess auto-factory automatically enabled after updating. It's weird how atom shell PAMM does that...
