So I was out of playing for a while, but with the recent LIVE sale, I was able to convince a few of my friends to pick up MNC, and have gotten back in as well. Loving the new stuff with the DLC! Anyway, I like a lot of the new content and protags, but I've been looking at a lot of them and is it just me, but it seems like there should be more, or at least one specific one! I'm talking about killing an enemy when they're grappling your team-mate, thus saving your teammate from damage. I've been doing this a lot lately, as I've been guarding my friends new to the game from various Assassins, and it kind of sucks that there doesn't seem to be a "savior" or "bodyguard" protag associated with this action. But then again that might just be me. Anyone else have any other suggestions for new tags? Awards that are pretty common in other games but not in MNC? Just cool ones?
I recently had some ideas as well. Damage done to the Moneyball. That would be a nice career stat, and then a highlight for killing the moneyball with your shot, bomb, airstrike, whatever. Lol, I just came up with the best protag for that: BALL BUSTER :lol: Or Breaking the Balls, or anything like that. Should be a nice protag. The same could be done for bullseye. And then a protag with his head, like in the shiny new banner!
One of the suggestions I had back in the original Protag Suggestion thread was a protag for grapple killing bots. Can be any bot as long as you get a grapple kill on them. With the launch of Spunky Cola Arena bot grapple kills should be easier since Bouncers spawn every so often. Note: I wanted to link to the Protag suggestion thread but I am too drunk to bother searching for it. [Edit] The Bullseye protag isn't a bad idea at all! Nice one.
Man. Ballbuster is too good to not add. That's shot up to to top of my "wanted protags" list. Easily. Good Job.
I 2nd the goomba stomp one. I've done it twice, and no tags to show for it. Definitely more humiliating than a melee/jumpjet kill, that's for sure.
What about something for getting kills from the air? Assault's can hover for a while, and Tanks and Gunners can float for a bit too and get kills with their guns. Just sort of seems like a natural idea to me.
How about a Protag for Winning a match and getting your posing Pro on the end of game moneyball outro. This is my Favorite thing to hit at the moment.
Sorry to bring back this old thread but how about a Pro tag for getting Melee killed? We have a "Caught em Nappin"/"Better Things To Do" so maybe the opposite of a Humiliation Pro tag would be in order. I have no imagination at this hour so I'm going to suggest "Humiliated".
