New Game Status Bar

<Tab> gives me a new game status bar during gameplay or replays. Where did it come from and why does the retrieving status never work?

It's definitely a broken mod. I had it enabled and had to binary-search to find it.

You are both right. The mod is Better Alerts with Spectator/Caster Mode.

To be fair, Mikeyh said it was a WIP. The transparent stats bar is a good idea.
