I think I can help you out, give me a sec. Edit 1: Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I think that is already the right format and size, PNG has transparency so it might be the way or where it was uploaded? Edit 2: Could you explain further the white box you are having trouble with? I get transparency when I use Img tags, so you'll have to excuse my confusion. It is too high, max 150 pixels high. The white box i get is the top half of the pic (what is as of now transparent) but when i resize it it shows that white box.
