The Shuriken Assassin build I have so far is Armor/Clip/RoF. It's good but I'm wondering if there are some better ones.

    Armour RoF Clip

    Clip RoF Armour

    Mix and mash those.

Armour / RoF / clip size & upgrade passive for a bigger clip & then save for lv 3 cloak
& let those crits fly ;)

Randomdude and I have played with these builds for hours on end.

~ RoF/Armor/Clip - by far the best we've tested. Because shuriken can be so inaccurate to the point where you fire a full clip into a Gunner's face and miss every one, you want to be firing off as many as possible.

~ RoF/Clip/Accuracy OR RoF/Accuracy/Clip - A good build if you plan to stay out of the action. The accuracy makes up for the lack of armor in that you'll be able to hit from much further away. Accuracy really does make a difference. I would use the latter of these two builds.

~ Clip/RoF/Accuracy OR Clip/Accuracy/RoF - Again, you'll have to stay out of the action. I don't particularly like either of these; clip size doesn't make a difference when the shuriken are firing off so slow that you can't actually get a kill with them.

A note about Cloak 3. Not worth it. I've tested critical damage with shuriken and the damage is negligible at best. That $400 would be much better spent toward buying juice.

Which brings me to the point about juice. When I go strictly for shuriken kills, I upgrade to Passive 2 and nothing else. Then I juice chain for the rest of the game. Do that and watch the shuriken kills rack up.

Don't buy Juice as Lief recommends, slash bots.

That could work if you want it to take longer... if you're going for strictly shuriken kills and nothing else, then the point is to get as many kills as possible, as fast as possible. Seeing as how you don't need anything aside from passive 2, you might as well spend the money on juice.
