Will there be an NDA in place for the Alpha and/or beta?

I'm bound by the NDA not to tell you about the ND... wait. Dammit!

Alpha, most likely, Beta, Maybe, early beta maybe, depends on a lot of factors.

Yes most likely there will be an NDA. Infact some of us are already under an NDA because we have access to the Backers section. This section is open to the Kickstarter backers and the people that have preordered the game. If you wish to access this section please support the devs and preorder the game.

Well, there isent a real NDA in place for the Backers Lounge.

Its just Uber saying "Please dont show or discuss this outside this forum, if you do we wont be able to trust you with more stuff later". (<<< Way better then a normal NDA )

Yea I know its like an NDA but isnt an NDA. Its one of those in the middle things. Its not the biggest thing that threw me for a ringer in the last 4 or 5 months. That would be Adhesive not even having an NDA on the closed beta. I literally sat there for 10 minutes going huh... But then why is it a closed beta... What...

Yea that was a dozy. Thanks again Uber for working on this great game. Cant wait to get testing.
