Naval maps water height problems

    As the picture shows, naval has to go around the circled area to get to the other side on the Pacific map. This just makes pathfinding worse and makes people rage.

    It would be great if this area was removed so ships could get into the bay. afsgsdgas.jpg
    Same thing with Meso. This one just needs a water lane opened up where the two arrows are pointing.

    No, opening the lane completely changes the balance, all it needs is to be more obvious what is and isn't pathable.

    As far as that goes, I always felt that the map should take another step after generating land and water, to "emboss" the land under water so it is more pressed into the planet. That way, land and water are more obvious. This would also make subs more possible.
