Name glitch in a laggy game

I don't know what this falls under really and the game was very laggy but an Assault jumped over me and I stabbed him in the back. He died and as his body toppled over his name appeared as "Fix Me: HChar Assault" or "HCharacter Assault" or something along those lines. A strange and kind of funny moment for me indeed.
