Name change

when i made this account i did not have a set name. so i just chose a random one. but know i feel really bad about this name and i really want to change it.

is there anyway i can change it?.

Only capitalization I'm afraid, Uber said that at some point, they want to introduce "nicknames", but just as the usernames, those have to be unique.

Could make a smurf name for the forums, not tied to your PA account. Then leave that one as an account you just manage for your game (which you can change your ingame name anyway so no worries)

What about touching me up some capitalization? not the "the" if you don't want, but how about TrophySystem?

You do the administration of this website and it's code and interaction, yet you don't know that Display Name only changes the non-steam loaded in-game name? Also, isn't limited by just caps, I have mine as [Nova]TrophySystem. I want my forum name caps

The Display Name affects the forum, how you think I have my name capitalized? But at the time it was agreed with Uber I only allow the modification if the username equals the display name, except for caps.

@thetrophysystem He's trying to say that if you go to My Account and change your Display name to the exact same name as your username (but with capital letters,) it will show up with the capital letters in the Forums.

Well that's counterproductive. Why on earth would it only change forum name if same letters different case, but not change anything if its just plumb different. I mean it would be great if my forum name WAS [Nova]TrophySystem.

That's crazy, but I will try it, and I do not apologize for the insult as it still stands that the forum acts irrationally. Very good forums though, I do miss the old ones but I love all these new features and this forum shows a large time investment. Especially considering I remember the SMNC and older main site, no offence but it was like you didn't know what modern web design was, oddly enough considering the game based strongly from webscripts.

Also, I thought you had yours Caps before the ubernet forum login, back in MNC Classic, where you could create a forum name that simply had caps already.

Well, this has been an interesting informational, I do appreciate knowing I can in fact capitalize my name. I might go abuse it lol.

You have to logout and back in for the change to apply, or wait a few hours and come back to the forum Unfortunately I cannot change the size of the user-block just for you

every time i change it ingame. it reverts after i click on a menu like MP or Options.

Well I get the jist. I was just stress testing the caps thingy. At least I see how it works. I sort of like the caps too, when I tested what I wanted I noticed my name is the perfect length for the caps to stagger the way I want.

Unfortunately not the perfect length to fit in the username space. Just ever so slightly large. I wonder how much smaller caps are horizontally to allow my name before...
