weird... that guy comes and goes from mnc all the time This is the problem we had with the last tourney.. Captains not getting involved and organizing it.. All they got to do is talk to the other captain they are playing tell the captain to get ahold of their team via xbox and pm them saying "what time is good to play for you" Make a date and talk to the other captain
I'll speak to him next time we're both on. In the mean time try to nominate another captain within your team to at least find out what times you can all play. That way if you need to be the main captain, you can easily ask other teams dates for matches.
Either nominate another captain and try to pick up another player or I say if it doesn't look good, disbandon the team and distribute the players to the other teams. I'm not sure how nova's team is doing, but I could use chollo on assassin. Skill's or Nova's team might need gunked's gunner, maybe wildman can use juggalo's sniper, Chron's team might need another support as a sub etc.
If the team is splitting up, I think we could find a use for Gunked's gunner on our team, it would allow Shammas to move over to tank(which I assume he is more comfortable with and would prefer to be playing.) I'd like to see the team keep going though, the problem with an odd number of teams is that someone has a bye every week and in this community, one week of inactivity might as well be a death sentence. Sometimes I feel like with the constant team swapping and creation/deletion of teams through tournament or otherwise we're just perpetuating some terrible soap opera where no one is happy, everyone is cheating on everyone else and the only amount of substance comes once a season when they kill off a character or post a thread about being mad and deleting the game off their xbox.
if someone else from these team wants to step in as captain, tom said he would fill the void of syn's absence when hes not around. i dont think any other captains will have a problem with this, so someone from this team step up to lead and start scheduling your matches asap, and get tom on your friends lists.
Someone needs to grow a pair take over as captain and pick up 1 other person.. Disbanding the team now, just messes with how I or a diff captain could have drafted..
