I've just downloaded planetary annihilation for the first time, I download the launcher, logged in, put in my activation key, and everything was fine, I went into a game, then my game crashed, So i went back in, and logged in again, and it says that my account in not registered, So i tried the code again, and it said that it was already used, So then i converted my code to a steam code, and it worked, but i cant play on ubernet games, or on single player. Help!??!?!?!
Please run DxDiag tool (Start > Run > type "dxdiag" without quotes), press "Save All Information" button and upload your DxDiag.txt as attachment on forums.
Single player is disabled for the alpha and likely beta. However you should be able to connect to Ubernet Games to play a game a game by yourself. If you're not seeing Ubernet Games or the quickmatch options highlighted it's likely you have a firewall blocking ports 9000-9050 or so. Try unblocking them and see if that fixes it.
But the problem is the fact that i can no longer sign in, Steam does not work, and uberent games launcher also does not work, it says my account is not activated when I clearly did, and I'm sort of unhappy of the fact that i spent $90 on a game that I cant play...?!
Have a look about in this forum for how to get Steam working. It's a simple process. Hundreds of people have done this. There should be no reason why you can't too.
