Hi guys, I played custom once after clicking random games and press join.. however most of the time when clicking a game and pressing join.. Nothing happens!! no error message.. nothing.. anyone getting this problem?
Sounds like my problem, your internet is too slow. The PA game listing feed is huge and uncompressed. Now that there are more users from the steam sales, the problem has gotten worse with more games being listed. Even though you can only join a handful of games. I really hope they fix this or the "Fast Server Mod" comes back. During bad times your the feed can reach +7Mbit which makes joining a game for me impossible.
You might want to give this a try: https://forums.uberent.com/threads/rel-faster-server-browser-mod.63947/ That mod changes how the lobby data is handled reducing the bandwidth needed from 4mbit / sec to 0.4 (!). Worth a try! Details of how to install it are given in the OP.
