It's very light-colored and we can easily lose track of it for couple seconds if it's on some light background. I suggest improving it, by either putting some border to make contrast and/or making it more Monday Night Combat fitting (more cartoonish).
It's also damn small on 1920x1080. But that's probably just a UI thing that is somewhere in the lower half of the to-do list.
Yeah, a custom MNC cursor would definitely help out. Using the windows cursor makes it feel kind of cheap
