I just had a strange bug, not entirely sure how to best report this. I had commander selected and was building stuff. Then I selected air units building so I could place and commence building right after building a AA gun was finished, just by letting go of the mouse button. So, that's what I did, but then I suddenly had my commender unselected, but it still responded like it was selected, but I couldn't do anything with it. In fact, it stuck in the commander selected mode. Only way out was to reboot.
