Money Ball Shields Question...

Can money ball shields be shot down by players?

I thought that only the bots could bring them down, but players seem to have been shooting them down. I know in OT the ball just drops, is there special circumstances that a player can shoot the shields off?

They aren't supposed to be but I think I've heard glitching where it's occurred.

Yes they can. It was left in the code by accident after they were using it for testing. This should be addressed in the first TU.
