right now i got nasty chest pains from the flash bang.. really hot stuff.. i mean i can handle the heat just my body cant handle the pain of the cramps.. feels like being stabbed in the heart

Holy crap. If your body can't handle it, don't do it. It's not worth dying over.

i can handle it... just a few cramps.. didnt think that more sauce would mean more pain.. thuoght it would just be the same as a small amount..
