I know it wont happen but is there any way possible that uber could make a mnc 2?
5 new maps or even a way to incorperate the old maps into the new game ala PINBALL FX 2 and how they did with their new game with the old tables?

If I won the lottery I'd gladly pay them to make it. In fact no... I wouldn't - I'd pay them to update MNC. F*ck MNC2 or SMNC.

i still hope, pray, light a candle every nite that they might port smnc over,if microsoft as is being reported lately start to relax their rules and even jump on the f2p bandwagon like ps3 and steam.

I doubt you'd actually like it. It's too drastically different.

I enjoyed watching Jon Fitch's fights more than SMNC videos.

That's really sad to say but it just sucked.

And I doubt MNC 2 will ever come out.

I've been watching a lot of SMNC gameplay lately and I don't understand the decision to reduce pro lethality so dramatically. It really makes the game look monotonous and cramped. MNC has great appeal to both DOTA and Shooter fans, SMNC actually seems to narrow the appeal, which is an odd choice.

If SMNC stayed closer to the original, I would upgrade my PC to play it, but what I'm seeing so far is too far of a departure from what I love about the original.

But, hey...that is what betas are for, right?

All I want is the same game with a good private match system and more maps. A re-release would be necessary though to get more people into the game.

I just want new maps. A MNC 2 wouldn't be as good I feel, especially with Uber's recent track record(Spunky being a big dissapointment and SMNC's pace reminds me of paint drying.)

yeah but if there was a way to import the maps from mnc 1 and put them as a dlc for mnc 2 or if you owned mnc 1 it loaded those maps along with another 5. Add a few more maps, tags, 2 more pro characters im sure everyone in the world would be happy.

    Something...
Look at the sales of the game. Why throw it all away?

If they do do  MNC 2 they need to redo pm's. The host should be able to kick people (why you can't now is a mystery to me) and be able to pause the timer AND still be able to see everyone in the lobby.

from what i have seen from SMNC im not exactly a fan. i really like the fast paced atmosphere of MNC. what would be alot better would be an improvement on this game, an update featuring:
-more maps (NOT tullys funland, real maps like steel peel, ammo mule, and lazorrazor)
-better private match system, improved matchmaking, something along the lines of prestige only, or competitive playlist & social playlist
-improved frame rate, or tone down the animation on a few things that create frame rate issues such as juice, bot animations (notably buzzers and gap shots), and the annihilator

the game really doesnt need anything too new (chars) or innovative (bot streaks) at the moment, it is fine the way it is and many people enjoy it. but what makes it stale and frustrating, at least for me, are the lack of good maps, frustrating matchmaking, and terrible private match system.

edit: I WOULD PAY FOR THIS

    In your wettest of dreams.

I've seen footage of SMNC private matches.

    Un.
    be.
    lievable.

It was such a sluggish and slow game that I literally fell asleep halfway through it. No lie.

I like games that require you to think to win. I wish my computer wouldn't suck so much that I might not even be able to navigate the game's menus.

Nah, after seeing enough SMNC gameplay...SMNC looks sick. It's a different system, but if you've ever played League of Legends, you'll understand why that game is so sick. It makes it much more about pushing bots and much less about k/d.

maybe true, but i like the balance of slaying and botplay MNC possesses, you really cant win a balanced game without both, and the lack of either usually results in OT

You gotta be a fan of MOBA games to truly appreciate SMNC, I think. Got really into League of Legends, which is why I think SMNC looks so awesome.

I can see things from your point of view, however. You're more of a shooter fan...I've always been more into RTS-type games. SMNC is trying to create a hybrid. SMNC makes it much less like traditional shooters than MNC.

I do love MNC, though. It's the only shooter game I've ever been hooked on.

I'd also like to see slight balance changes that would make the tank more of a tank, and the support become a team healer as opposed to a leasher. I like the idea of a support being all about healing, but support would be super fun if his job was more about strategically choosing the right people to heal at the right time in order to best benefit a push.
