Missing Skins/Outfits/Gear

I have got a huge problem with my game:

Im playing the game on STEAM and it updates the game automatically, as everybody here probably knows. Problem is: I never get all the gear! I should've got the TF2 gear, because I baught it in time and also installed it in time! I'm missing the samurai gear from the PAX east update and the one to its left! Im missing as good as every gear, except the regular gear, outlandander gear, retro gear and valentine's gear. Ive done everything, I even de- and reinstalled the game: NOTHING!!

Need help with this problem! Please answer!
