Title basically says it. Why shouldn't they have one? All other build-able objects can be selected via a hotkey, why not mines? If this does get considered for implementation, make sure to add a hotkey for both ground and sea mines. Thanks!
Thank you for that. I think it's still in UE's best interest to have things like this available in the un-modded game for new players and those who prefer to not use mods whenever possible.
Also if you prefer the vanilla style hotkeys, my Expanded Hotkeys mod (link in signature) makes it function as expected. It probably wasn't intended and just an oversight by the Uber devs.
Just extends the vanilla hotkey system a little (description in the README not sufficient?). The main reason I made it was so could add prioritised units to the build queue(s) via hotkeys (instead of having to control+click). But while I was at it I also fix a few other things such as this.
