Yup, him and chron are the only ones i know that have that. Thats why i thought in the beginning that psycho had a good shot but it was actually the registration doing work on my body.

I had to stop watching that video, it looked like he was doing the damage of a bacon gunner but he just puts his cursor over some one for a split second drops them to red proceeds to miss the rest of his shots and gets the kill at the last second.

Wow, no damage drop on his bullets. You can see it really well at 4:10, when he is shooting the guy on the wall.
