Seeing these 2 links above, why balance PC and XBox differently?

If you really find this is a correct form of balance, when I invest in the product in the top link, would I be considered cheating (since the jumpjets don't have cooldown on xbox)?

Since I use the product in the bottom link already for computer, and am just as good as the other PC players, does that mean I am only handicapping myself to show mercy on PC players? Would I theoretically rape them without the handicap?

I just want to get predictions before I get this and start breaking down walls. "Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"

However, I hear other people say it can be set up to work fine.

Basically, one group tries this and says the controller actually imputs with less lag, and another group says it can be set up to use with no problems as far as lag or ghosting.

Knowing how our game accepts input on the xbox and what we had to do to make a mouse and keyboard work properly on the PC... I'm very skeptical.

It does it by mapping controller buttons as keys. Depending if you go cheap or high-end, you can map it personally to whatever buttons you like. Therefore, it works. The mouse does have questionable sensitivity, like it is trying to move similar to a joystick with a mouse attached to top, but at the very least you won't have to claw.

Anyway, I don't actually plan on using it for MNC, especially exploitive. I both want to see for myself and like having fancy wire converters. Who here doesn't like awesome wire converters most people don't realize exist?

3 prong power plugs into 2 prong power plugs. AV into Coaxial. Headphone into headphone. Male USB to Male USB. Not sure which one i'll get, it would be better for the $60 because of more connections and better mapping.
