Hello. i bought this game on early access on the ubernet site a while ago. but after some time using it i just do't want to play it anymore. Is there a way i can get a refund since i bought it from ubernet and not steam?.
I don't think that's how refunds work for games. What are your problems with the game? Performance or gameplay? Maybe someone can help you.
my pc just does not have the specs needed for this game. i have tried everything short of buying a new pc witch i cant afford yet. and i get about 5-8 FPS with minimal settings, i just want to get a refund.
You'll have better luck mailing support at support@uberent.com directly. They are currently backlogged by about 1.5 weeks though, so it may take a while before you get a response... I'm not too optimistic you'll succeed because Early Access ended exactly a year ago, but you can always try of course.
