So basically, I have like 14 hours of bus and trains tomorrow, so I'm looking for a good, cheap singleplayer game to kill time with over them. I can't just try and triple-perfect+ Runner2 for all that time. Not really interested in shooters, looking for a good story or just something that'll keep me busy or whatever
On laptop or mobile? If laptop, and you like turn-based strategy, I recommend Battle for Wesnoth. It's free and has plenty to keep you busy. (I'll be making an extensive post on this one soon . . .) Or you have a wealth of emulated options. (For games that you already own, of course. ) As for mobile . . . Outland Games!
Laptop. I only have an android phone and it's too old to play any games with. I'm not a huge fan of turn-based strategy
Don't Starve Plants Vs Zombies FTL Thomas Was Alone World of Goo Psychonauts From what little I know of you, I think you'd like Thomas Was Alone best.
Advance wars 1 and 2 (Gameboy emulator) Ib (Free) Mad father (Free) Witches house (Free) Misao (Free) Ao Oni (Free) I can give links to all these if you want.
Cave Story(free) Dwarf Fortress(free) Aquaria($10) Binding of Issac($5, around $7.50 with DLC) Breath of Death VII/Cthulhu Saves the World($3) You're probably already on the bus though, so emulators.
Did someone say "free"? Oh, J's already been in this thread. Nevermind then. I'd suggest some emulators though.
Nice recommendation. AW2 has the most overpowered final boss ever. Btw, don't play games while on a bus nor a train. I don't know about you but only thinking about it makes me feel motion sick. Terrible feeling.
lol not quite sure what you meant by that edit: oh wait, it came to me. yea don't be someone that often says "ARGH, MATEY"
