Now, I am not certain if this has been asked yet. ( I have looked, but with no avail) As we all know scouting is important to know which bots opponents are creating. However their exact location is well, not very hidden (with large gray squares giving away your location.) So my question which can be answered with a yes or a no is, Are those squares meant to remain there as we move forward with our testing? It makes sense in the "oh it has a lasting effect on the planet" Along with craters and explosions. However, imo it removes the art of stealth. Making it very hard to flank with a second base when a large square shouts out "oh hey look I am over here" after a simple scroll around the planet. Anyways if you have anything you want to add, or maybe you think I am crazy. Anything is welcome. Hopefully the answer (which I am assuming is they don't belong and once they fix collision of buildings and mass points this will be the next major thing?) Cheers, North
Well that is dreadfully awkward, I will see if I can't delete this post. Though I did just get out of a match and that was not the case! Must of been a "one time thing" maybe! Thanks for the reply
Probably worth mentioning that once scouted static structures SHOULD remain visible (as is currently in the latest alpha build).
