LoadLibrary failed with error 998: Invalid access to memory location

I just bought this game and this is the error I get when I run it. My system is very new. Gigabyte z87x motherboard, i7 haswell processor, 16 GB RAM (Kingston), 2x Radeon HD7790 graphics cards running crossfire. I have tried all the direct x fixes and ati fixes I could find on these forums. All of my drivers are (I believe) up to date. I did a search and did not find the error code I get. My router has the ports opened. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Update. I found a new beta driver and the game loads now. I didn't think it would be drivers since the last driver update I did was 7 days ago.
