    Hi all,

has any of you run into this issue when playing on Linux?
    1.) Start PA
2.) Start a new game with just yourself and AIs
3.) Play for 5-10 minutes with normal performance
4.) Sudden drop to < 1 FPS with fans running like crazy

I had to restart the X server as I couldn't even <ALT> + <TAB> to see if something is in the terminal window. And even after that I had to restart the machine to be able to run some programs.

Anyone had this issue? Or perhaps any advise on how to get some more info on this from my machine? As I sad I had to restart X so I lost the terminal output and I don't see a log anywhere. Thanks.

Not seeing this with Cinnamon/Mint 15 & the current AMD drivers.

If you have an Android mobile or another machine - Install & test openSSH server - then you can ssh in & killall PA - which usually brings back your machine.
Handy for when your machine locks up :)
