   I don't have the best PC, but I can run this game fairly well on medium on smaller (2 planet) games, and on subsample 50% I can even run it at a good framerate (did I mention that my PC wasn't that good?)
   
   However, when I do run it like that, I can't play because this distracting bug happens.
