I think the Levithan description and the stingray description are reversed.... Since the levi has bad AA and is good vs ships, and the sting has great aa but is bad vs ships.
The Levi has no AA, but the model has references to smaller turrets that were presumably AA (and you can see in-game the empty spots where these go). This has been raised in the bug tracker.
