launcher dosint worck on steam

i can't launch the game my computer is a windows 7 intelcore2duo cpu p8700 2.53 ghz

6.00 GB ram 64-bit os and eaxadvanced hd 4.0 nivdiageforce gtx 260m

ive got it on steam my name on steam is scorpin17 it starts to launch but it tells me pa.exe has stopped working.

everything should be up to date

Not yet, you posted path to file on your computer.

Can you click on "edit" button under your post and then check "Upload attachment" section?

The fix for this i seen a lot on the forums is to update your gpu drivers. As yours are 4 years old this is more than likely your issue
