The game is still in beta, and is not officially released until next month. Those who pre-ordered are getting special access to the beta, so they can help test and report problems to the developers. A huge patch was just released today, and it seems to have mixed results for the multiplayer aspect of the game. So hang in there, and give them some time to work things out. I imagine things will be a little crazy from time to time until the game is officially released.
i have the game for the xbox and i love it.. since the pc verison is coming out i know for a fact more addons and update will be coming to the pc faster then the 360 version i know its a beta and i cant wait untill the full game but for now ill play on the 360
