Kickstarters with more than one game key - extra keys not updated to TITANS

I sent an email to support, but I have a similar issue, @cwarner7264.

The key won't show up for alternative methods of purchase, and the user won't have TITAN. I backed through Kickstarter as an addon to a friend's pledge (to save mucking around at the time), and I too don't have the key.

Did the double pack, I was updated, my pal wasn´t. AddOn-Banner appears in Menu anyways, next to the Kickstarter-Badge. (how ironical... )

That sounds like a niche issue that only Michelle is going to be able to resolve I think @Gorbles. You'll have to be patient though, from what I gather, this is what the Uber Support Office looked like this morning:

I bought the double key bundle and used one myself and gave another to a friend.

I see 2 keys for Planetary Annihilation. Nothing about Titans.

I have the same problem, back then my brother got 3 keys for us in the kickstarter, for himself, me, and a friend of mine. He got Titans in his steam library already, me and my friend have not. I tried the launcher as well, didn't work.

I'll update this post as I get more information on the multi-key Kickstarter issue - at the moment looks like it's intended that only one key per KS backer gets upgraded to TITANS for free.

Same here,

Backed with a friend on kickstarter, he got the update, I didn't.
It looked to be easier to back together for this game then separate.

I still hope to get mine free, we shall see .

What decides who gets the update? my friend didnt really like it and only played it once...

I guess if you backed it with your account, you´ll be the one who gets the update. But why don´t you just try it out?
Anyways, it wouldn´t be much loss, worst thing to happen would be that you´d have to do an account swap!

Just to confirm guys, all keys that were included in your kickstarter pledge ought to be eligible for the free upgrade. You should contact support if this is not the case.
