In state of war, if you were fortunate enough to own some, "rogon bombs" were the sh*t. They were kamikaze tanks, with high speed and near-indestructible armour, and if used correctly, can "turn the tide" of battle. I know we have asteroids, but, with a specific new factory (and maybe radioactive material compound?), these epic weapons could roam the battlefields once more.

    I think it's just called a nuke.

OK... but are they present in PA? We need all weaponry we can get our hands on to help us annihilate planets.

Errm, yes check the kick-starter video.

We see nukes attempting to kill a incoming asteroid.

awesome! put a gun on top, make it non-kamikaze and win entire wars!

But me? i hate kamikaze units. I've never truly understood what the point of them is. Add a rocket engine and you can call it a missile.

Well yeah, that's the point they are controllable missiles.

Oh, those are nuclear missiles. I meant one that could be driven to an exact location.

Why would you put a nuke in a tank and drive it over to a base when you can just launch it by missile?

A nuke in a near indestructible tank? Reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ad4fagTyaM4
Hopefully your tank will be not as though.

An another note: From a robot's point of view any missile is a kamikaze attacker, or not?
So I'd say PA has enough suicidal attackers already.

    EDIT:
So it seems the v= parameter of the youtube-link is offensive, here is a different one:

I do what I want. Plus, missiles could be shot down by anti-air defences, whereas a "rogon bomb" could drive straight into enemy defence, while blowing them up at the same time.

Also, that youtube video "does not exist".

Speaking of kamikaze I sure hope combombing makes a glorious return, it looks incredibly stupid when it goes off in nuclear fire and can barely kill a tank.

I am certain that a commanders death nuke kills tanks at T1 and T2, even T3 units get shredded at medium to close range to the epicentre.

You mean choosing a target location isn't enough control?

What if you had second thoughts, and wanted to drive it somewhere else? What if it got blow up mid-air by anti-air defences, and didn't hit anything? That is why I want to have a ground version as well.

I really think you' making up problems to fix. Second thoughts on a Nuke is not something that should be fixed in-game, it's something the player needs to fix with thier thought process, the idea that there shouldn't be any risk to a high cost, high damage weapon is not a problem that needs fixing.

Also you assumption that Nukes can be intercepted by AA isn't based on anything confirmed.
