So lets say the kickstarter stalls out at 100 bucks/1k short of the galactic war. Or more likely, somewhere around 20-40k. What happens? Do you guys take the hit in food/transportation(sleep at the office!)/etc. and make it up yourself? Do you pull from paypal to finish the stretchgoal? Or just leave it as-is and spend the extra few hundred-odd K on the existing goals? I remember seeing this, but I also thought I saw something contradictory from bgolus or neutrino somewhere here... :S
Oh, I'm an idiot  My original question still stands then; what if paypal + kickstarter put them at something like 1,799,900?
I think there are no rules about stretchgoals on Kickstarter. So it is not forbidden to do the GW even at only 1,7$kk if Uber choses to do so.
If it were me, I would say 1,799,900 - 1,500,000 = 299,900. Then take the almost 300k and go get shitfaced drunk with my colleagues.
i think if kickstart +paypal is less then goal 5 ,then they need to tell us a day or 2 be for end if the community knows wer close heeps of bakers my pay a bit more on the other hand if the community knows KS+PP is over goal5 less people will pay more
There is no reason they can't start another kickstarter, just for funding Galactic War, after this one ends, for the amount they come up short.
