That happened to me two days ago during a sudden death blitz. I knew the effects wouldn't stack, but I was disappointed to not get a protag for each one.

I got three bacons back to back (to my utter amazement two came offa bullzeye and 1 off jackbot).

Yeah, no added effects.

I've picked up bacon twice before, and I think it happened to someone I was playing with once. The frequency of bacon dropping twice (prior to Overtime) is maybe once every thousand games (assuming they last long enough for Bullseye to spawn). A few friends and I were joking that you should turn into a special Baconman class with an anthropomorphic bacon skin and a bacon bits/lard cannon...and ride around on a unicorn farting bacon rainbows.

I will slap you across the face with my bacon... and make your unicorn lose its innocence.

Thank the heavens they don't stack. You know how hard it would be to kill a double-Gold Armor endorsed tank with (knowing you) double-Gold Skill Recovery?

I see bacon too often for it to be "once every thousand games".

I think ive played around 170ish games (rough estimate) and ive seen bacon at least 15 times, alas i didnt always grab it.

It is quite rare, but not that rare.


I agree with the baconman class.

I picked it up back to back last week. Honestly, I've seen more bacon in the past two weeks than I have in the whole rest of the time Monday Night Combat has been live. I wonder if the bacon drop rate has been tweaked?

Also, Sniper has no use for a rifle when bacon is in play.

Yeah, got some bacon back to back a few days ago on Blitz. Two Jackbots dropped it. And sadly, to my dismay, they did not stack.

I think you should get a Protag for that though. Like "Bacon Addict", "2 4 me, none 4 U" or "Heart Clogger" : Picked up two pieces of bacon in the same life :lol:

Sorry to bump an oldish thread, but yesterday I was playing and I saw a single Jackbot drop two bacon pickups. The odds of that must be astronomical.

This has happened to me as well. I was in a match with Zander (I think?) and I believe I let him pick up the 2nd drop. The sucky part about it was that it was the last Jackbot before Overtime, so we basically got bacon only 2 seconds before everyone else did.

Still, the odds on this must be, as PohTayToez said, astronomical, as I only hear someone pick up bacon maybe once every 100 matches.

I sadly have never experienced the bacony goodness....... ever :cry:
