Just Icemen Vs. Hotshots?

I was curious. I forgot to ask at PAX. Not really a big deal and i guess no being the whole theme is Orange(Hot Shots) and Blue (Icemen).

Hot shots cuz they have my favorite color and have a cooler name.

Should we make a new thread for team colors and names to give you guys ideas?

We actually had a lot of teams and color designs earlier in development. The biggest issue was making sure that your team and your opponents team colors read well from a distance, matching arenas and also project scope. Remember we're still a relatively small team working on an XBLA game.

In other words...

Well the team looks good in every color but I vote yellow vs purple.

Actually, I think Purple and Green would be the best colors to work with. Though honestly, coming up with logos and team names would be really hard.

I personally don't like the name Icemen

The yellow works for me but the purple - I'm not a big fan of purple...

Yeah purple doesn't quite hit the right spot, What color would you prefer instead of purple?

We are quickly running out of easily to distinguish colors, aren't we... Without purple, red being too close to orange, maybe a dark tint of green. That's bad for peeps who have trouble seeing colors correctly though...

How about yellow vs crimson, Crimson was my second choice after purple.

I think that would work. Looks like it would be easy enough to distinguish it from orange as well.

I'd love to see new "races" -- it would only be for aesthetics, but wouldnt it be great to shoot Pirates, Ninja's, Zombies, Republicans, Canadians, etc...
