Just downloaded game, It will not start....

I am running Windows 8, have an Intel CPU and AMD GPU. I just downloaded the game and when I try and start it all it does is give me an error:

Unfortunately topic starter doesn't comment how he fixed it.

And to make this report more useful please post here what exacly AMD GPU do you have.

PS: There is some other way to bypass the problem you might find on the internet:

You might try it, but before make backup of your registry.
