I was in a party not to long ago and i cant remember who it was. But they were on the opposite team and were bitching at me for "Bunny Hopping" Well. Bunny Hopping as they put it works well. Jumping consistently makes you a harder target. If you can aim and jump, you have a great advantage against many of the players on monday night. Except clawing gunners. Bunny Hopping wont help you to much with them

Jumping not only makes you harder to hit, but decreases hit detection even in slightly laggy lobbies.

And another thing...I remember a couple months ago, I was in a party with someone who shall remain nameless (only because I can't remember), and I was in Ancient Weapons game. I made a comment about the fact that I've never seen him play anything but Assassin and that he's not even very good at it. The person goes on to tell me that Ancient Weapons son sometimes plays on his account.

That made a lot of sense to me, since I have watched my 8 yr old son play Assassin. Unfortunately, I don't think Beastin is 8 years old...right? :?

doubt it. both of them are bad. even the times he wasnt trying to urge you to strike him, he made incredibly dumb decisions and didnt have very good aim.

You have to give 'em the dilly bar.

What was this thread about? Oh yeah jumping. I got sidetracked by the dilly bar reference.

Jumping like a jackass works great. Like feedle said, jumping + hurt gun = many lols.

Ive been grappled while jumping. I didnt think that was supposed to happen. clearing jackbot slams seem to be sheer luck with even a touch of lag.

I've started jumping the jackbot waaaaay before he slams and I clear it most of the time now.

    No, it does not.

If I see anyone jumping around like a spastic while I play, I'd only go for them, kill them, taunt regardless if I was in any sort of danger. Just to prove a point that, heh, it REALLY doesn't work at all.

Jumping does NOT make you dodge bullets or make you go faster. Don't like being slow? Use Sprintz on your character or pick up speed boosts.

I usually jump as he lifts his arm to slam. I usually come down right after the actual slam. If I get hit, im usually still in the air. Ill try to go as soon as he starts the animation.
