Juicers invulnerable except to ringout?

I've seen this posted in several areas so I figured I'd corral them into one area.

Juicers: are they now invulnerable except to ringout and grappling to run out their juice?

Anecdote: I'm playing on Grenade III, and my team and I are having a rough time pushing anywhere past midfield. I'm having some success mortaring their turrets and juice building off of their bots. Three of their players are going 30+ and under 5 deaths. They're obviously kill whoring, since if they are having such an easy time the moneyball should be down and out, but this is just tangential ranting

One of the 30+ guys, a support, is repeatedly juicing just outside our base, killing a few people, and running off. While he's juiced, I drop next to him while he's got his hurt gun on someone, deploy, and DRILL him point blank with the gunner. He takes *zero* damage.

And how come this only happens for others? The health bar is clearly visible while you are damaged, and I've juiced into bases and not made it out because I'm getting annihilated. How come certain people seem immune to damage while juiced?

actual example:
i(tank) decide to juice and cut down some turre(NO N's HERE!)ts and so i juice, take about half of the lv 1 rocket, all as i get tore down by a deployed gunner. so no.

Then either enemy pros, when juiced, are showing an incorrect value for their health, or this is a bug that isn't always happening.

Situation one should be easy enough to test, 2 would be figuring out what triggers the health recovery.

I've had it happen to me as an assassin, I've seen it happen to others, all different classes.

I haven't seen Uber comment on it as of yet, but it doesn't happen everytime so I can only assume it's not intentional.

killing juiced players is easy if they dont got gold armor.. one headcrab or air strike level 3 is all it takes juiced or no juice

This topic was started when Uber decided to add Fire Rate to the H/H gun. That created a glitch where whenever a juiced pro was touched with the heal or hurt beam they were instantly full health.

That was an awesome 3 months to be a support facing a sh*t-ton of objective minded Assassins.

I've never seen that before.

It was f*cking frustrating. You would risk your little character's life grappling a juiced assassin while rockets tear them apart, then some stupid son of a bitch would come along and tap them with the hurt gun and BOOM! Full-health juiced Assassin. :|
