Joystick configuration?

With MNC I'd like to use a mouse and my Logitech G13, which is a usb device that's a partial keyboard and a thumbstick.

I can map up down left and right on the stick to WASD, but with Team Fortress 2 for example, it is possible to have analog movement. I know MNC doesn't use Source, but I'm looking for something like this: http://supportwiki.steampowered.com...Gamepad_for_Source#Joystick_Console_Variables.

I assume if I used a full blown gamepad the left stick would control analog movement, allowing me to walk at an any odd angle and with variable speed. My question is, is it possible to enable this while still using a mouse and my usb keyboard/thumbstick.
