Joining from Friends List/Xbox Party

I notice sometimes while I am playing with my party, if I am on the party page, 4 out of the 5 have a "join in progress" button, but the 5th person does not. If you try to join in progress on any of the 4 you cannot get into the game (presumably because if any of the slots were open, the last guy would have a join in progress button). (Note: This is crossfire games, haven't tested on any other game types). So the real issue is that some people show that you can join the game, but some people can't. I do notice some games it fluctuates to different people that don't have the join in progress. I don't think that it's big of an issue/deal, and I don't know if anything can be done about it, but it does give my hopes up when I think I can join into their game and I cannot. I don't know if this has been said before or not, but I have searched and nothing turned up.

In closing, thanks for your time and MNC is the best arcade game on XBL imo. Keep up the great work, I will be looking for future titles from you guys at Uber!
