jittering / packet loss issues

I had some jittering / packet loss while playing ranked at 29 March 2019 around 8pm UTC from IP address 82.207.205.XXX

jittering again right now, 7am utc

sometimes 5 to 10 seconds for updating all unit's position... my opponent came from US... community server excellent reachable form here, germany... no lags...

testing on US server custom game now... jittering too...
I really have to talk to my internet provider :/

I can play on eu-west and us-east without problems...

Does someone know the ip address range of the pa region "us-central"?

problem no longer existent. my provider solved the issue probably.
however, my individual problematic route seemed to be 3.80.0.0/12, as netat showed while being ingame, but i were not sure if that connection was the right one...
