I've witnessed the full health assassin

    Played a game last night as a tank.
    Chased assassin down and burnt her.. she was 10% health and on fire then all of the suddent she stopped moving and full health. I dashed near her and burnt her again and she died. No health recovery endorsement at all. Something aint right!

    I'm not the only one whos witnessed this!
    The game had no lag... No one healed her... It was like the tanks clutch passive.

    there was no churo or bot near where she ran..
    this was on spunky and she ran to the edge of the map (other side of the juice station)
