Ive downloaded the new launcher Now how do i access the PTE?

The title says it all...

Click the drop down menu that says stable and select PTE. Make sure you enable it under build options first.

You will have to click on your name, then click build options... and enable PTE. Then it will be available in the dropdown menu.

Where do i find the new launcher? how do i get that early update? i bought the game when it was late alpha i think does that count?

No, you have to buy it again...

JUST KIDDING. You can either do it through steam if you enabled it on steam or originally bought it on steam by right clicking PA in library and going to properties and then the "betas" tab and dropping down to PTE...

...OR you can use the standalone and select at top right the "PTE" build instead of stable.

Also, welcome back, the game is pretty good right now. I can't say it is the ultimate target of the game, but it is pretty dang good...
