of course, it's explained in the localisation thread by @garat just replace the files in one of the folders in D:\Programs\Planetary Annihilation\Planetary Annihilation\stable\media\ui\main\_i18n\locales make sure to set the language to whatever folder's files you replace ingame.
The problem is that we cannot download the localization files from getlocalization ourselves :/ Therefore we cannot test the localization without editing the files manually. We can however, test the latest version of the translations that was included in the latest build by setting the game to our language in the ingame menu.
exactly. that's what you've got to work with. I made a full French translation pack that i was going to put up as a mod but @garat started releasing zips right before me.
ok, so I just added all the missing strings, but I cannot test them? I guess I shoud just wait for the next patch to see my changes implemented...
I don't get it? show me a screenshot of what you're attempting to do. normally if you're edditing the files of the language you have selected in-game (you can edit english's files) then you should see the changes when you start up the .exe again.

like I said. there isn't. apart from here : https://forums.uberent.com/threads/pa-the-official-localization-thread.58004/page-6#post-920559 but just open the file path I showed you and edit the files in "EN". basta!
