Every time i try to play the game, i have an unbearable amount of lag. I am pretty sure it is not because of my computer, for i can pan around the game just fine. But it takes almost a whole two or three seconds for one frame to pass. I have tried hosting a game locally on my computer, but for some weird reason, i still have the lag, but i can still pan with no issue. GTX 980 TI Intel Core i7 5820k 16 Gigabytes of DDR4 RAM @ 3000 GHz

It was the Asus Game First III. Turned that off, and it works fine. Thank you very much for your help.
