Hi, I have been playing MNC since it was released on Xbox 360, and I bought it again on PC because
    1. It was definitely worth 15 bucks.
    and
    2. I wanted to play with people that didn't have a 360.

So naturally, it was easier to plug in my controller and play using that since I already knew the controls...

Right after release on PC everything was fine, up until this most recent patch. I'll see if I can explain the issue....

When I press the up button on the D-pad to open the buy menu, the menu opens fine. However if I press the right button on the D pad to highlight the Red skill to upgrade it, it does not switch, and the highlight stays on the yellow skill(default).

However, If i press Left on the D pad and THEN Right, it switches fine... just not when its in the yellow position.

Normally I wouldn't care since I can get around it, but when im trying to upgrade skills on the fly in the heat of battle, I sometimes waste money on my yellow skill and curse the gods accordingly.

Is this a universal issue or am I the only one who is experiencing this? (Am I the only one using a controller? o_O)

I've been getting this intermittently as well. Played earlier today and it didn't happen at all, then played this evening and I was having to push 3 on my keyboard to buy my red skill (which is annoying, because my wireless keyboard is at the absolute limit of its range when I'm sitting on my couch and it doesn't always register that I've pressed anything.)

I'd also like it if we could get the ability to select classes with the controller back for the same reason.

I believe I had this issue myself playing on the PC yesterday.
Turns out, my mouse cursor was hovering over one of the skills invisibly, my controller would not let me buy said skill until I moved the mouse out of the way.

The system really should disable the mouse if a 360 controller is plugged in. It needs to be optimized to accept controller commands. But it's not a huge game braking glitch so I don't think it's on the top of Uber's to do list.

I guess the weird thing is that it only doesnt allow me to hit D-pad-Right when the focus is set to yellow(up) or grey(down)... but works when it is set to blue(left)...
By that i mean in order to select Red(right), I have to press Left-Right-A to upgrade it, as opposed to just Right-A.... if that makes sense.
